Let's Talk Family Guy!

This past Sunday was the premiere of the new season of Family Guy and Tuesday was the release of the banned episode "Partial Terms of Endearment." I want to discuss 3 things: the premiere, the banned episode, and the show's future.

1. "And Then There Were Fewer"

In the one-hour, who-did-it season premiere, basically all characters (main and minor) are invited to a mansion and it becomes a murder mystery.

If you want to know what happens, highlight the text between the parentheses (SPOILERS BEWARE!) [[James Woods is the host and Diane Simmons kills him; Quagmire's date, Stephanie; Jillian's boyfriend, Derek; Muriel Goldman; and frames her co-host Tom Tucker. In the end, Diane closes in to kill Lois, but Stewie shoots Diane with a sniper rifle claim that if anyone was going to "kill that bitch" it's gonna be him.]]

The episode was decent. I didn't find it that funny because there was rarely any of their gags or flashbacks, but the mystery aspect of it was good. I wish it had given us more clues so we could figure it out. You honestly have no idea who it is until they admit it. You don't see it coming.

Now, do those that have died stay dead for the remainder of the series? They didn't kill off any main characters. The only two that really matter in the series are Muriel and Diane. So we'll have to see what happens with that.

2. "Partial Terms of Endearment"

The banned episode was amazing. Lois has to choose whether to have an abortion or not. It is so funny and fairly shows claims on both sides of the abortion issue. Naturally, the better side wins, pro-choice.

The episode had great gags and flashbacks including one that perfectly mimicked Wiley Coyote in the Looney Tunes. It's sure to be a classic episode, up there with such classics like PTV, Peterotica, Family Gay, and 420.

I honestly don't think the episode was so bad that they couldn't air it on TV. The FCC just needs to chill the fuck out. Stupid conservatives. Yes, it's a very controversial issue, but the episode argued from both sides, AND the content is not as bad as other episodes.

3. The Future of Family Guy

I don't know if it's just me or not, but the shows humor is not as strong as it once was. Yes, they have off episodes that aren't that strong, but for me, ever since around the time Cleveland left the show and Quagmire and Brian had that extremely real confrontation something's just been off. The Quagmire/Brian storyline has continued through numerous episodes and the whole thing was so random to begin with. It's really pointless.

Twitter and message boards are full of people who both like the show as it is, and those who think that this will be the show's final season. God I hope it's not. I really hope Family Guy outruns The Simpsons. It's so much better. I just hope they don't run out of gags and material. And I hope they get back into their good streak.

I love Family Guy and I would be so lost without it!!!

Religious Trash.

Oh religious people. Earth's little shit piles.

Star Wars in 3D?

I see you!

I'm not surprised.

Many people are against the very idea of them converting the movies into 3D. Either way they'll soon be releasing the saga on Blu-Ray. I can understand how people (those over the age of 21) don't particularly care for 3D and that the original trilogy are classics and 3D would just bring them down from their pedestals.

The plan is having The Phantom Menace be converted to 3D first and released back into theaters in 2012. Then, the following year, they'd release Attack of the Clones, and the next year, the next one, and so on and so on. Pending how well the Phantom Menace does, the studio will go forth and release the rest of them. Which kind of sucks, because The Phantom Menace isn't the strongest of the films.

I personally welcome the idea for the reason that I have never seen The Phantom Menace, A New Hope, or the Empire Strikes Back in theaters and I really want to experience that.

We'll see what happens.

My Official Picks for Dancing With the Stars!

Season 11 Cast

Okay, so I'm a week behind and another person is going home tonight, but at least I'm getting to it.

It is an excellent cast and I had such a hard time choosing who I want to like so I'll go through each one.

Audrina Patridge -- I'm really liking her and I hope she does well. She has a lot of potential. And she has great abs! I think she'll go far. She just needs to loosen up a little.

Brandy -- I'm iffy with Brandy. I want to like her, but she's coming off like a bitch. When she dances and doesn't know the step, instead of hesitating, she like makes up her own thing which throws it all off. Who knows, she may get better. I have to root for them though because she's paired with my favorite dancer, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Bristol Palin -- Sarah Palin's meal ticket. I don't agree with her politics and I hear she is the second most demanding star of this season behind the scenes. Hell, she's not even a fucking star. So bogus. I want to see her improve, but I don't want her to be liked. Ew. And P.S. her mom is just showing up to get votes. Dumb whore.

David Hasselhoff -- Well he's gone already, which I find totally hilarious. I thought it was stupid that he was on anyways. But I guess since they had Pamela Anderson, they had to get The Hoff.

Florence Henderson -- She is just so adorable and so funny. I hope she does really well. She's so into it and willing to learn! She's doing great regardless of her age.

Jennifer Grey -- I'm just predicting now that Jennifer will be in the top two or three of this competition. She is amazing, while having recovered from a cancer in her neck resulting in four surgeries prior to the show. And she paired with my second favorite dancer, Derek Hough.

Kurt Warner -- I'm not digging him very much. I mean I don't hate him, but I don't want him to win. He's just one of those stars that are just there.

Kyle Massey -- Kyle blew me away with his first dance of the season. I was so impressed. And he's really into it. I think he'll do really well. I'm rooting for him! (Plus I hope Raven (his sister on That's So Raven) comes to watch him, because I love her.)

Margaret Cho -- Bless her soul she's trying. You have to give her credit for effort. She definitely won't win this thing, but I think she'll greatly improve enough to stay on for a bit longer. Her little asian parents are so cute and so proud of her!

Michael Bolton -- Good god, get him out of there. Sources say that he is the most demanding star on the show. He's not even that good. Just go. Leave! Go home!

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino -- I'm not a Jersey Shore fan. Let's just get that out there. I don't quite know how I feel about him yet. I want to say I want him to improve, but then I want to say I want him to go home and stop wasting my time.

Rick Fox -- He's doing great for someone that's so tall. Especially with Cheryl Burke as his partner. She's wearing 4 inch heels! I think he'll do well.

So, this season, I'll be root/voting for Audrina Patridge, Florence Henderson, Jennifer Grey, Margaret Cho (although I know she won't go far), and Kyle Massey. Maybe Brandy if she doesn't piss me off.

For the Twi-Hards

Surprise! December 4th is the release date for Eclipse's DVD! Oh boy, oh boy. Losers. Ha. Just kidding, I'm gonna buy it too!

Movie Review: Copycat

Warning: May contain spoilers. You've been warned.

I love it when I stumble into movies.

After watching Titanic last night, I got sucked into the movie that followed it called Copycat. It was released in 1995 and stars Sigourney Weaver and Helen Hunter.

The movie actually hooked me in and when I tried to deviate myself to something else, it kept bringing me back.

Sigourney plays a psychologist that becomes a victim of a serial killer and survives, however she becomes an agoraphobic and doesn't leave her own apartment for a year after the attack. A new serial killer, dubbed the Copycat Killer, comes around and mimics murders from famous serial killers like Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, and the Hillside Strangler.

This movie freaked me out. Mostly for the creepy figure stalking Sigourney in her own apartment. You always were watching her in the dark behind curtains and such and you were just waiting and waiting for him to attack, but he didn't the first few times.

Regardless of how much the movie freaked me out, I still enjoyed watching it. I love seeing Sigourney outside of her iconic roles. And Helen Hunter is not my favorite solely because of her voice. They were trying very hard to make her exactly like Jodie Foster's character in Silence of the Lambs... a short brunette with an annoying accent that uses locked away serial killers to solve the crimes. The only difference is that Helen Hunter's character uses Sigourney's character to channel the other serial killers. Silence of the Lambs just omitted that step.

Tom Emmer's an Ass!

This is getting outrageous. I can't understand why someone would even vote for a tyrant like this. Why do people hate so much? I blame the lifestyle choice that is Jesus.

Anyways, I just read this on Change.org...

"But in a debate this week (h/t the Minnesota Independent), Tom Emmer waxed on about the subject of bullying. And while he noted that as the father of seven children he empathizes with what students go through in the classroom, Emmer said that if anti-bullying legislation were to make its way to his desk as governor, he would veto the bill. Why? Because he's worried that such legislation could legitimate homosexuality." [Source]

So Tom Emmer is against bullying, with the exception of violence towards gays. What kind of sick mother fucker would vote for someone so hateful. Doesn't Jesus promote good values and kindness? THIS IS PURE HATE! Asswipe.

P.S. Tom Emmer has not only received $150,000 from Target and $100,000 from Best Buy, but 3M (the company that makes tape and post-its) also has given him $100,000.

Katy Perry's Sesame Street Music Video Banned from Sesame Street

Stupid religious, conservative parents. After viewing the video above, parents became outraged.

Yes, that is not the greatest outfit to be wearing on a toddler's television show, but that's not her fault I'm sure. Ever heard of the wardrobe department? If the producer of the series let it pass than it's his fault. Blame him, don't blame Katy.

Do toddlers even retain this kind of imagery? Look at her, skimpy dress, overdone makeup, weird hair, a veil, and some poofy flower thing on her head... Children will probably just thing she's a Sesame Street puppet!

Parents just need to get over this bullshit. By age 5, they'll be exposed to something worse than this most likely. If you don't want your children to watch it, then turn it off. Stupid morons.

Whether this music video actually made it on the air, I'm not positive. I'm not a huge Katy Perry fan so I honestly don't care, it's just the thought of parents blowing up at a show about something they can control themselves. Turn off the TV. Simple.

At least it was just Katy Perry doing an extremely edited version of her real song 'Hot N' Cold' instead of Lindsay Lohan guest starring and doing a line of coke with Elmo. So STFU!

My Top 15 Disney Villains

Top Disney Villains

I'm now going to countdown my top fifteen villains from Disney films. Make note that 1. Disney / Pixar villains do not apply, and 2. it's my list and I'll do what I want with it. ;) Enjoy.

Queen of Hearts - Alice in Wonderland

Basically, I'm just adding the Queen of Hearts to the list because she is a main villain. But she's at the very bottom because I don't much care for her. She is so annoying and just needs to shut up. Stupid bitch!

Voiced by: Verna Felton
Alice in Wonderland (1951)

Shere Khan - The Jungle Book

One of two villains (besides Kaa) in the Jungle Book, the famous tiger doesn't have much screen time compared to the other characters but the way they talk about him builds up your fear of him long with the eerie shots of him stalking in the jungle. He still gives me the creeps.

Voiced by: George Sanders
The Jungle Book (1967)

Doctor Fecilier - The Princess and the Frog

It's really sad that this movie was so underrated. It is a decent movie, and the villain is pretty up there with the classic Disney villains. It's Disney's first witch-doctor villain who has friends "on the other side." He's freaky as he is, but then he has these even creepier shadows following him around.

Voiced by: Keith David
The Princess and the Frog (2009)

The Queen - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

The queen is actually pretty stupid. She's just a heartless bitch. It's when she becomes the old hag. That's when she becomes a creepy villain. To this day, I can't watch the scene where she pitches the apple to Snow White, she's just so creepy and that image of her stays in my mind.

Voiced by: Lucille La Verne
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)

Professor Ratigan - The Great Mouse Detective

Basically, you can read my movie review of The Great Mouse Detective to read about Ratigan. In it I say how Ratigan is "smart, vile, heartless, and smooth." He retains this smoothness up until the Big Ben scene where he just becomes a monster. It's pretty intense.

Voiced by: Vincent Price
The Great Mouse Detective (1986)

Gaston - Beauty and the Beast

How can you not love Gaston? Everybody loves a good narcissistic Disney villain. Until the end of the movie, he comes off as the cocky quarterback and then he becomes a heartless villain out to kill the one that Belle loves. "Nooo ooonnneee's slick as Gaston... no one's quick as Gaston."

Voiced by: Richard White
Beauty and the Beast (1991)

Frollo - The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Frollo isn't a very memorable Disney villain, but I feel like he's the most evil. But I think this 'evil' comes from the fact that the things he is shown doing is more vicious than other villains. For example, he keeps a abnormal looking man locked in a tower, he approaches that man with a knife behind his back, he has gypsies executed on-screen in many ways including being burned at the stake. He's just incredibly heartless and violent.

Voiced by: Tony Jay
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996)

Scar - The Lion King

A great villain. One that would even kill his own brother. Oh wait... he did! Scar is the typical brother-of-the-king-that-wants-power. Sadly, he succeeds until Simba returns. Scar has this coolness to him. Basically, picture in your mind the cliché rich, right-winged, southern mother who's daughter brings home some farm boy. That's Scar's type of sinisterness.

Voiced by: Jeremy Irons
The Lion King (1994)

Maleficent - Sleeping Beauty

She is the Queen of Disney Villains while the Chernabog from Fantasia (although he doesn't have that big of a part) is the King. She has awesome powers, a pet crow, an army of minions, AND she can turn into a dragon. AWESOMEEE!!

Voiced by: Eleanor Audley
Sleeping Beauty (1959)

Ursula - The Little Mermaid

This chick is just a bitch witch. I honestly can't put into words what I like about her. There's just something that makes her so unique and fun while being the evil monster that she is. Plus she has the best song in the movie (in my opinion of course).

Voiced by: Pat Carroll
The Little Mermaid (1989)

Cruella de Vil - 101 Dalmatians

Devil is in her name. She is just mad and she kills animals for their fur. I don't even think it gets much worse than that. Lol. She's also a smoker, so, naturally, she must be stopped!

Voiced by: Betty Lou Gerson
One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961)

Captain Hook - Peter Pan

I love Captain Hook in this movie as week as other movies that portray him such as Peter Pan (2003) and Hook. He's a pirates so that gives him a lot of points and he has a hook for a hand so he gets bonus points.

Voiced by: Hans Conried
Peter Pan (1953)

Yzma - The Emperor's New Groove

I'll probably lose some credibility for having Yzma so high, but remember that this is my list and I can put it any way I want. Don't like? Make your own. The Emperor's New Groove is also one of my top Disney movies. I think Yzma is such a hilarious character. Her storyline is typical and similar to Scar's, Ursula's, Ratigan's, and the Queen's.

Voiced by: Eartha Kitt
The Emperor's New Groove (2000)

Jafar - Aladdin

Ah, the ruthless Jafar. Another one of those character's out for power, but to gain his power, he needs the genie and eventually becomes one himself. Jafar would fall into the smooth category and has a personality very similar to Scar's. He also has a cool staff that he uses to hypnotize people and a smart-ass sidekick, Iago, the parrot.

Voiced by: Jonathan Freeman
Aladdin (1992)

Hades - Hercules

Is anybody surprised like this? I mean what normal person would make Hades their top Disney Villain. But in all honesty, Hades and Jafar are neck and neck. Hades is also a favorite god of mine (along with Poseidon). Unlike Jafar, Hades is funny and comedic.

Voiced by: James Woods
Hercules (1997)

Robin Hood
Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue
Modern Family: Season One

I'll maybe buy Robin Hood. Not sure yet. ;)

Movie Review: Easy A

Warning: May contain spoilers. You've been warned.

Possibly one of the greatest comedies I've seen.

After seeing the trailer (and I re-watched it over and over and over), I developed extremely high expectations for the movie and this movie exceeded my expectations.

I don't even know where to begin.

Emma Stone was sensational. She definitely works as a leading lady. She was born to be the star of the show. She's cute and sexy and fucking hilarious! Her humor made the movie. And when she needed to bring in the drama, she brought it!

The co-stars Aly Michalka, Amanda Bynes, Penn Badgley, and Dan Byrd were fantastic as well. I was very impressed with Aly Michalka... usually she's the nice, sweet girl, but I love that she was the slutty, sexy, and mouthy best friend. It was like a 180 from her usual characters. It was almost like her character on her new show Hellcats.

Amanda Bynes was great as well playing the Jesus freak. She was still pretty funny like her usual self. And she played a great psycho religion lover. It's great because this movie makes fun of the very people that ought to be burned on a cross I hate. :)

Dan Byrd was a great homo. (Although, I'm not sure I liked the Huckleberry Finn ending, if you know what I mean.) Haha. People don't realize that that is how kids are and that the situation he was in was not over-dramatised for the movie. That's how it is in high school. Kids are mean.

Speaking of high school, the one thing I did not understand about the movie. The school they were at was Ojai North High School, but then she said that she was going to community college, and then some other character would say it was high school. It was rather confusing.

What's great is that the comedy was throughout. Even when it got emotional in the confessional at the church, you know, Emma was crying and pouring her heart out, but then no one was there in the confessional. Or it stayed very dramatic like when Lisa Kudrow admitted what she actually did to Emma Stone. That was very serious.

If you watch the trailer for the movie, you'll see so much that is so hilarious and it actually makes you think that all the funny shit is in the trailer. Wrong. That's what I thought, but there was actually a lot of funny throughout the movie and when you see the clips you saw in the trailer, you still laugh. Tom Cruise... haha.

I also liked how Emma Stone narrated the whole film. It was very much like Mean Girls. Which brings me to my next point. I think that this movie will become a classic like Mean Girls did. I liked how were vlogs (video-blogs) came together in the end to dig her out of the hole you'd think there was no way out of. And it was so cute how it ended with a 80s, John Hughes ending. :)

Definitely go see it, and it'll be worth the purchase when it comes out on DVD! Emma Stone was amazing!

Retro Review: The Great Mouse Detective

Warning: May contain spoilers. You've been warned.

Probably one of Disney's most underrated animated films.

This movie actually used to scare me so much, but I still enjoy it.

Released in 1985, then re-release in 1992, this film sort of spoofs Sherlock Holmes and I realize that more now that Robert Downey Jr.'s Sherlock Holmes has been made. You can see the major similarities between Sherlock and Basil, most notably their knack for observation, assumption, and interconnecting clues. (Plus I also read that "Basil" is one of Sherlock's aliases.)

Now that I'm much older, I understand a lot more of the movie. Such as the plot. When I was younger, I just watched this for the thrill and the animation. But now I understand what actually is going on. I understand the clues and how they are connected to one another. And I can understand what Basil says (he talks very quickly).

The bad guy, Professor Ratigan, is a great villain. He's smart, vile, heartless, and smooth. The real bad guy that used to scare the shit out of me was his side kick, Fidget, a peg-legged bat. Don't laugh. He continuously pops out of everywhere in this movie and his creepy face takes up the whole screen. Scary.

The climactic scene inside and outside of Big Ben is awesome! They actually used CGI to create the complex clock's interior. Pretty cool for 1985. And I love how crazy mad Ratigan goes. He's very terrifying.

If you haven't seen this movie in a long while like me, re-watch it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it more.

And while you watch, be sure to listen to the toy maker's voice. It's Scrooge McDuck!

And if you're wondering, the poster I posted is not the original poster for the movie. The one I've posted is the one for the 1992 re-release.

Live-Action Pokémon Movie? Yes, please!

Watch the "trailer" below.

Yes, you're right. This does seem extremely iffy. But here are a couple of things to keep in mind that both validate and go against the video above.

Why it may not be real:
-College kids could've easily made this video as a gag.
-It's just random shots of crap. It can't be trailer.
-There's no big-named celebs.
-The acting looks a little iffy, so I'm not sure if it should be taken seriously.
-The Pokémon look fake.
-There's guns.

Why it may be real:
-The video was shot at a private screening.
-It could be test footage.
-They could easily have casted nobodies (which I think would be likely for a film like this).
-The fake looking Pokémon could be because the animation of the creatures is not yet complete and those are stand-ins, if you will. Those could also be the actual version of the Pokémon and it is meant to be for a very young audience.
-The guns could be there for demographic purposes. They want teenagers to watch.

Did you catch any of the characters? I spotted Ash, Jessie, James, and the man Team Rocket works for.

I honestly don't have an opinion on whether this video is the real deal or not. I want to say it is, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Regardless... this video is causing a lot of buzz (and I mean A LOT!), which means even if it is fake, a studio will see how much people are interested in seeing a live-action version and would definitely back it ASAP.

So we'll see. I'll keep ya posted.

Top 20 Spongebob Episodes

I've decided to post my top twenty Spongebob Squarepants episodes. These are my favorites... here we go!

A man comes into the Krusty Krab claiming he's a health inspector. On the news, they say there's a impostor posing as a health inspector in order to get free food. Mr. Krabs and Spongebob take a Krabby Patty and turn it into a Nasty Patty and give it to the man. They think that it killed the health inspector and they try to cover up the murder.

14. Ripped Pants Episode 2-B

Everybody knows this one. "When I ripped my pants... I thought that everybody was on my side... but then I went and blew it all sky high..." Spongebob rips his pants to get people's attention, but they eventually get annoyed.

The Krusty Krab is now open 24-7 and weird things begin to happen while Spongebob and Squidward are stuck there.

Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'

Lady Gaga stole the show at the MTV Video Music Awards. On top of doing 3 wardrobe changes throughout the show (without even preforming) she won 8 out of the 15 awards of the night including the key award "Video of the Year" which went to Bad Romance.

Bad Romance won 7 of the awards while Telephone featuring Beyoncé won "Best Collaboration."

And ON TOP OF THAT, during her acceptance speech for "Video of the Year," she announced the title of her new album due out next year. Apparently, she told everyone that she would announce the title only if she won the biggest award. So, she did, and the new album is called "Born This Way." And she even sang some of it during the speech.

I hope it's not full of slow songs. I only like fast Gaga. Like Bad Romance, Just Dance, etc.

'Only Girl' is OUT!!

Rihanna surprised everyone (except me) when she arrived at the VMAs this evening to sing the ceremony opener with Eminem.

She's really surprised us now that she released her new single 'Only Girl (in the World)' a day early! I'm so happy.

Download it on iTunes by clicking here! (The link will open iTunes.) :)

Movie Review: Oliver & Company

Warning: May contain spoilers. You've been warned.

Nothing like good, old-fashioned stereotyping.

Disney, Disney, Disney. This was a step in the wrong opposite direction. I don't want to say wrong because I don't want it to sound like I dislike the movie. It's just weird to think that this movie came out just before the masterpiece, The Little Mermaid, and the beginning of the Disney Renaissance.

I also think it was a step backwards with the animation. I found it to be very sketchy and "rustic." It's very similar to the animation style from The Rescuers and The Aristocats which came out ten years before this. You'd think the animation would have improved.

The story was decent and workable. I've never read the novel by Charles Dickens or seen the films/plays, so I'm judging it as this movie portrayed it.

The characters in this movie are pretty terrifying for a Disney movie... the human characters and the two dobermans that is. Fagin could definitely be misconstrued as a child molester. He was talking to Jenny (interestingly enough she looks exactly like Penny in the Rescuers) on some dock in the middle of the night. It was uncomfortable to watch. Not to mention the fact that they were in New York City, but we'll get to the city later.

Sykes was a rather eerie villain. He also looked very similar to Clayton in Tarzan. Anyways, he didn't get a lot of screen time which was disappointing, but he's still awfully scary. The two dogs were very intense too.

Now the city. I dunno... while watching this movie, I associated the older animation style while the crazy, dirty city of New York. The "artistic" shots of the city made it seem old and gross. I just didn't care for it. If they had gone along with the evolution of the animation style to that of The Little Mermaid, I feel that the movie would have been at least 5 times better. Seeing the World Trade Center towers in a sketched style of animation was just disappointing. It seemed unfinished.

The music was disappointing also. The music seemed random and pushed in some way. Once again, had they gone all out like they did for The Little Mermaid, it would've been better. The songs weren't even that catchy. The movie could've even done without the songs.

I also feel that the movie was wayyy to short at 79 minutes. If it were longer, the characters could've been more developed, there could've been more songs and they could've been better.

This review has been mostly about the negative parts of the movie. Don't get me wrong, this was a nice movie to watch. I'm glad I finally saw it. I enjoyed it. But this is one Disney classic that can and should be remade. Consider it as Disney's first animated remake.

Check out the Angry Video Game Nerd

Odd for me to talk about this, but I just love this guy. He is so funny and actually really talented.

James Rolfe, aka The Angry Video Game Nerd, records and posts his own videos on his website, Spike TV's website, and YouTube where he reviews movies, does little gag videos, and, naturally, reviews video games.

I warn you... he's very violent and uses a lot of profanity... but it's all good fun. He typically reviews old video games that ran on the original Nintendo game console. His original alias was the Angry Nintendo Nerd, but of course he got in trouble with Nintendo and became the Angry Video Game Nerd instead and now reviews games on Super Nintendo, Sega, and other consoles (but nothing new for like X-Box or Wii or even N64).

He also makes other videos such as "You Know What's Bullshit?," top tens, Board James (board game reviews) and also posts his own movies that he made himself. I'm not a very big video game person, like I'm not familiar with many of the video games he reviews, but I still enjoy watching them. I love his Top Tens (such as his Top Ten Twilight Zone Episodes, Top Ten Movie Clichés, etc.).

It's worth a watch. I'm subscribed to him on YouTube. You can visit his websites below and I also posted a video of his!

It's been 9 years...

Blog

I can't believe it has been 9 years. Always remember, never forget.

I was in 7th grade and I remember the day perfectly. Do you?

For those who believe 9/11 was a conspiracy, shame on you. You're being very disrespectful to those that were lost.

Yup, you read right. Hilary Duff is a published author.

Her new novel is coming out October 12th and guess who's buying it! I am. Lol.

And this is like a legit novel. It's over 300 pages.

Here's the synopsis on the publisher's website:

"Clea Raymond has felt the glare of the spotlight her entire life. The daughter of a renowned surgeon and a prominent Washington DC politician, she has grown to be a talented photojournalist who takes refuge in a career that allows her to travel to the most exotic parts of the world. But after Clea's father disappears while on a humanitarian mission, Clea's photos begin to feature eerie, shadowy images of a strange and beautiful man—a man she has never seen before.

"When fate brings Clea and this man together, she is stunned by the immediate and powerful connection she feels with him. As they grow closer, they are drawn deep into the mystery behind her father's disappearance, and they discover the centuries old truth behind their intense bond. Torn by a dangerous love triangle and haunted by a powerful secret that holds their fates, together they race against time to unravel their pasts in order to save their lives—and their futures."

Can't wait!!

Movie Review: Killers

Warning: May contain spoilers. You've been warned.

It was not that bad. I'm not joking. It was actually pretty funny.

IMDb.com says users give it 4.5/10 stars and Rotten Tomatoes says it's 12% - Rotten. I can see how critics may find it generic, and I suppose it kind of is, but it's still very entertaining.

I actually went into it thinking that it was going to suck, but I was surprised.

You have to give it up for Katherine Heigl. I crown her Queen of Awkward Comedy. You have to admit, her comedic style in this movie is similar to that in Knocked Up and The Ugly Truth and it really does suit her.

In my opinion, Katherine and Catherine made the movie. Catherine O'Hara played her drunk mother and she was freaking hilarious.

I'm not sure if I like the ending yet. I did predict it, but I found it to be short and unrealistic. They would mutually decide not to kill each other... iffy. Especially when they were being chased by so many people.

I was also kind of pissed that every single person they knew turned on them. I started to jokingly predict them thinking that they all couldn't be. BUT THEY WERE! I did not see that coming.

But I did enjoy. It's worth a watch!
