Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass"

My new addiction. I know I'm a little behind the times. But that's just how it is: I either like it before it becomes popular and everyone else likes it, or I hate it when it's popular but then become obsessed when it's old news. I also saw it as a challenge. I'm trying to memorize all of the words and I think I've got around 80% of it down!

Lindsay Lohan - I Wanna Be Bad Album Artwork I Made

My original version wasn't as good. I like this one more. Feel free to steal. :)

Selena's Love You Like a Love Song! My Latest Obsession.

Okay, the music video is kind of strange. But I love her and I'm addicted to this song.

DVD Tuesday! New releases! 6/28

Movies:

-- Sucker Punch

-- Season of the Witch

-- Beastly

-- The Lord of the Rings Trilogy

Music:

-- 4 - Beyoncé

-- When the Sun Goes Down - Selena Gomez & The Scene

It's Britney Spears vs. Terminators in 'I Wanna Go' music video!

Fucking awesome! Good for you, Brit!

Lady Gaga - The Edge of Glory

This one was kind of a let down for me. She needed background dancers I think. That's it.

I hope she makes a music video for Hair or Schiße next.

Music from the Glee: Season Two "New York" Finale!

I Love New York, New York, New York

Samantha Mumba's "Baby, Come On Over" - Remember This?

Remember Samantha Mumba? I loved her songs "Gotta Tell You" and "Baby, Come On Over."

She was supposed to have a new album out by 2010, but it never came and she announced that she's retired her music career to focus on her acting career. Interesting… I haven't seen her in anything worth watching… Hmm…

Samantha, please make more music! :)

JUDAS!

Does anybody else notice the similarities between this song and Bad Romance? I've noticed a lot of them and their probably why I like this song so much.

"WHOOOooooOOOaaaa OOOOooOOOOO…Caught in a bad romance…"
"ooooOOOOOOOOoooooo I'm in love with Juda-as Juda-as…"

"Ra, ra, ra-a-a, rama, rrrama-ma, Gaga, ooo lala, want your bad romance…"
"Judas, Juda-a-a, Judas, Juda-a-a…"

Maybe I'm just weird.

For those who care, her new single "The Edge of Glory" comes out tomorrow afternoon.

Harry & Hermione's Dance Song

For those of you diehard Harry Potter fans that need to know slash have everything Harry Potter like myself, I have found - not that it was that difficult to find out… I used SoundHound and Shazam - the song that Harry and Hermione dance to in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I.

The song is called 'O Children' by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. They are an Australian alternative rock band formed in 1983.

Find it on iTunes here.

J. Lo - Invading My Mind

Listen above to Jennifer Lopez's Invading My Mind from her new album out April 29th. This is my current obsession. It was written by Lady Gaga and produced by her and RedOne.

Rihanna's S&M Remixed with Britney!

I like it, like it.

I always like Rihanna's remixes with other people, ie. Rihanna/Chris Brown - Umbrella. Classic.

Britney and Katy's new music videos!

Much better than Hold It Against Me. People are claiming that Britney used a dance double in this one as well, but she seems to have longer, continuous shots of her in this one where we can clearly see it's her so I'm sure she did most of her own dancing.

As for Katy's music video… I like it, it's unique. Although, I envisioned it to be much different. And Kanye ruins this song. I absolutely hate that man. He needs to stop making music. They should've just left this song that way it was when the album was released.

Preview of Katy Perry's E.T.

I love this song! And the music video looks awesome!

People are so slow though. I originally got into this song when the single was originally released in August 2010. I was "over it" by December and now it's becoming popular? I don't understand it. But whatever.

Songs Played at Aeropostale!

NOTICE:  Come 10/22, I will no longer be with the company.  I haven't decided whether or not I will continue to update since it will be difficult to stay up to date without being in the store.  Still, feel free to comment songs that are playing currently in the store and I will add them to the list.

So you know when you're in a store and you hear a song that you really like and you're like "damn I wish I bought myself an iPhone so I can identify music with an app"? Well for those of you who don't have that option, I've put together a list of songs I know have played at Aeropostale. Having worked there for a long time, I know what I'm talking about. ;) Hope this helps anybody looking for music. Don't worry, I'll try my best to keep this up to date. And feel free to comment with ones I miss or don't know.

* - currently plays in the store as of September/October (Fall 1 & Holiday 1) 2011

By clicking the song title, iTunes will taking you to that song in the iTunes Store. Not all songs are available on iTunes. Some are only available outside of the country and not all remixes are linked. Some remixes that are linked will simply take you to the original song.

Kim Kardasian's "Jam"

It's not terrible, but it's not good. Regardless, I downloaded it.

'Ke Dollar-Sign Ha' is Gonna Blow

Ke$ha is one crazy girl. She's like Lady Gaga crazy, if you were to find Lady Gaga in an alley, next to a dumpster, drunk, in some homeless man's lap, talking about glitter sandwiches.

How random that James Van Der Sloot is in this.

Will You 'Hold It Against' Her?

Holy ads, Batman. Sony, PlentyOfFish.com, and her damn fragrance. You know, Hilary Duff advertised her fragrance in her 'With Love…' video, but if you didn't know she had a fragrance you wouldn't have noticed. She didn't shove it in your face.

I don't think the video was bad, but I don't think it was her best. And I don't really understand the meteor crap in the beginning. Looking for plots in music videos is becoming pointless.

Volume 5's Album Announced!

It's very orange and reminds me of a pumpkin, but I'll take it.

Notice how Chord Overstreet/Sam isn't on there. I kind of like it that way.

Here's the track listing:

1. Thriller / Heads Will Roll

2. Need You Now

3. She's Not There

4. Fat Bottomed Girls

5. P.Y.T (Pretty Young Thing)

6. Firework

7. Baby

8. Somebody to Love

9. Take Me or Leave Me

10. Sing

11. Don't You Want Me

12. Do You Wanna Touch Me (Oh Yeah)

13. Kiss

14. Landslide

15. Get It Right

16. Loser Like Me

Volume 6 must be coming out before the end of the season since this album seems to only include 5 episodes worth of music. We'll see.

PS… Is it weird that I get excited for album artwork and movie posters and DVD covers? Idk.

Don't Hold Your Breathe - Nicole Scherzinger

My new favorite song (hopefully until Lady Gaga releases "Born This Way" in 8 hours)! ;)

P.S. "breth" is spelled b-r-e-a-t-h right? Not b-r-e-a-t-h-e, because then that would be "breeth."
