And the Golden Globe nominees are in!

Golden Globes

Today the nominees for the 2011 Golden Globes were announced! Yay (but not to much yay, since the Oscars are better)! Glee stole the television section with 5 nominations (1 more than last year, adding Chris Colfer to the list of nominees)!

Here are my picks for select categories (regardless if I've seen the movie or not)...

Best Motion Picture Drama - Inception (I would probably consider Black Swan or The Social Network, but I sadly have yet to see them.)

Best Actress: Motion Picture Drama - I'm rooting for Natalie Portman, Halle Berry, and Michelle Williams (but mostly Natalie ;)

Best Actor: Motion Picture Drama - I would be satisfied with any of these actors minus Colin Firth.

Best Motion Picture Comedy or Musical - Alice in Wonderland

Best Actress: Motion Picture Comedy or Musical - Emma Stone or Anne Hathaway

Best Actor: Motion Picture Comedy or Musical - Johnny Depp, Johnny Depp, or Jake Gyllenhaal. ;)

Best Actress in a Supporting Role - Mila Kunis, Amy Adams, or Helena Bonham Carter

Best Actor in a Supporting Role - Jeremy Renner

Best Animated Film - Toy Story 3, but I'd be content with How To Train Your Dragon

Best Director - Christopher Nolan, of course.

Best Screenplay - Inception

Best Original Score - Inception

Best Television Series Drama - The Good Wife

Best Television Actress Drama - Julianna Margulies (or Piper Perabo).

Best Television Series Comedy or Musical - Glee or Modern Family (interesting that this category has six nominees)

Best Television Actress Comedy or Musical - Lea Michele from Glee

Best Television Supporting Actress - Sofia Vergara from Modern Family

Best Television Supporting Actor - Chris Colfer from Glee or Eric Stonestreet from Modern Family (or Chris Noth from The Good Wife).

The awards will air live on Sunday, January 16th!
